I spoke before about Scott Hams bacon and how it is the most bestest. I had not made it through my first pack of bacon before I was on the Scott Hams website ordering more. Saw they has smoked sausage on there and got a bit.

For some reason I was thinking this was going to be like summer sausage, but it is breakfast sausage. Smoked in a cloth bag and grease stained the heck out of the butcher peper it came shipped in. I cut off 3 thin slices and cooked it up. Once again the smoke smell was powerful and the fat rendered out big time. They shrunk down a bunch and tasted amazing.

I replied to the email with my shipping information and told them how much I loved their bacon. Provided a link to my first post as well.

Their pepper bacon is really good too. Such a great place that sells amazing products for amazingly low prices. I will be ordering again and again.

Tomatoes are ready to eat and Theresa just loves making bruschetta. We have some small and large tomatoes and dice them up. Add some fresh basil, parsley, shredded garlic, balsamic vinegar, and fresh shredded parm cheese. The toasty bits have some garlic and basil infused olive oil brushed on them as well as parm cheese. mmmmmmm………….

She does this all the time and I cannot figure out why. Fuggles is not the most cuddly and will bolt if you alarm her in any way. She likes to position herself so she can scurry at a moments notice. I think that might be why she does this all the time. Butt on the couch, front paws on the ground, and head on the table. I have tried to get a picture of this for a long time and finally got one this weekend.

Theresa got her iphone friday, my account got charged Friday, I was first in the queue friday, but I still wait for a “it has been shipped” tracking #.

We have put the hurt on Theresa’s iphone though. Battery power is not what you would expect. We were draining it quick over the weekend. Lots of fun apps out there. Trisim is horribly addicting. The maps with GPS is really fun to play with. It can tell if I am in the living room or near the back door. On our way to dinner last night it tracked pretty good. Said Theresa was in the opposing lane a few times and we apologize for all the houses we went through around 9th and D street. Got browsing down good, and it only crashed about 4 times on me. Ripped some movies and played bits of one on it. Was fun.

There are a bunch of applications that require you to register with their service. I did not do that on her phone. So there are many apps I want to try out that I will have to wait for. Found a good app for hooking into flickr and it allows you to download pics from it. That is really nice. The wordpress app works pretty good too. Since you cannot copy and paste, nor use a WYSIWYG to post, links will not show up very often if I post from the phone. Oh and if you want a pic in the post you have to upload it from the phone. I heard some groans about the camera, and I have to say it is better than I thought it would be.

I better have that darn thing by tomorrow.

UPDATE: finally got a tracking number during a marathon refresh session. About 30 clicks and 2 minutes in it appeared. eeeee

OMAHA — Humane society workers have found 117 cats, a raccoon and a rabbit in a north Omaha house.

The discovery came Wednesday after Council Bluffs, Iowa, police caught the 54-year-old woman who lives at the house reportedly stealing cat food. Officials say she smelled like cat urine.

It isn’t the first time the woman has been in trouble for having too many cats. At one time the humane society pulled more than 200 cats from her house.

Many of the cats taken Wednesday were sick and the floor was covered in feces. Some of the cats were dead.

The woman faces possible citations for cruelty to animals and other charges.
