Mi Guadalajara
Swoof covered it pretty well, so I had to check it out. The day I went the salsa was toned down apparently, but it was still good. They have a nice selection at a decent price. I went with an enchilada and taco, which is my way to compare other places since that is usually what I get. The rice had some stuff mixed in and the beans were a bit runny, but good over all.

I can’t get over the fact that it’s in a gas station. When I ate there we were sitting near the restrooms and that was all I could think about. Well, that and how awkward it was to have gas station customers looming around us while we ate.
The food was decent and cheap, but unless they put up a wall between the dining room and the gas station I don’t imagine it doing very well.

I agree with you and mo_feezy that the gas station chic is a little weird, but I have enjoyed the food both times I have been there. The chicken chipotle is good stuff, and the family that runs it are very friendly. I think this place will be on my regular battery of places to visit.
