they found my ganked bike eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Got a call from the police today. He informed me that the bike finally showed up at the BB&R pawn shop. I have to pay whatever the pawn shop paid the guy who turned it in to get it back, but that is fine with me. i hope the parts are still on it and it is not too banged up.

was stolen late 2006

  4. I hope it is in good shape too

The moots will get passed on to my grand puppies

Do not think the person who pawned it got caught since I have to pay to get it back.

Every item turned into a pawn shop with a serial # has to be reported to the police daily. So thanks to a database they found it.

  5. Thats got the be the lamest thing ever-”Ummm…we accepted stolen property…in a business rife with stolen stuff…..we already report it…..but we are going to penalize the rightful owner for getting it back” I would consider it a cost of doing business-the pawn shop can eat it, but I know this happens all over the US in other cities. Nice bike, though-im glad you got it back.

  6. when you sell something to the pawn shop you have to sign something with your name and you have to show I.D. because the pawn shop is liable if something comes back stolen. So either the pawn shop has to pay a ticket or give over the guys name who sold it.
