
As usual Alton provides tons of info in this episode. Seems he is rushing through it to get all the info out. I am no expert, but he knows his stuff. He does pretty much what the knife book guy does.
I was having problems shrinking it down so it is 1 gb. I would recommend downloading instead of watching it in a browser.

that was a great episode. and if i remember right, he shows us how to–as well as the difference between–sharpening and honing. thanks for posting this!
