Lincolnlube and Metgzers (they're attached.) They're definitely more than fair and honest. They've had the chance multiple times to charge me $200+ fees when I was convinced of the problem and instead worked on it for five minutes and didn't even charge me. Good folks. I used to take my car to a local (with several locations) tire shop for basics like rotation, slow leaks, etc. 'cause it was right across the street from my work. Every time without fail, they'd come back with a laundry list of things that needed fixing. The last time I was in they told me I desperately needed new shocks and that if I didn't replace them, it soon would lead to other damage. I happened to need to take my car in to DuTeau for a bigger problem shortly after that. I had them check out the shocks. They said they were fine. I'm done with that local tire shop. Hmmm … wonder where you got your tires? I have been through 2 mechanics since moving to Omaha. Both of them eventually tried to rip me off. I will be trying a third soon, I just found out. Man, I miss them.
