Just did a chicken last Sunday, lined the bottom of the roasting pan with half inch onion slices. Made a nice tasty gravy! Stuffed my bird with garlic, fresh thyme, S & P and a whole lemon pierced with a fork. Looks like a Fiesta gravyboat! Very nice. Nice!
