am I still a man? Can’t stand man soaps
Never been a cologne user. Perfume never really does it for me. And my venture into man soap has not been very enjoyable. I usually use straight up Dove or Ivory, but had some Dove green tea and cucumber and their lavender soaps for a while. The smell is very light and not too bad. I did feel a bit fem using those though. Thought I would man up and get me some Irish Spring man scent and some Dial for men bars.
The Irish spring was dyed really blue and just dissolved into a goopy mess. The smell was just a bit too much. The dial held up pretty good and had a cool shape, but still the smell was too much. Oh and the colgate shaving cream smells so horrible. I have to wash my face 3 or 4 times after shaving with the dam man smell soap. It is a vicious circle.
I have some Dial man soap that smells like a heavy dose of Axe. Some mornings it makes me choke on its fumes. It’s sitting under the sink in lieu of some generic brand soap.
