9:45 gave up and decided to hide the leavings. Last year much better. Not a great neighborhood to hit for sure.
9:02 just got hit by a professional gang. 6 of them descended and swooped up the treats. I saw their bags and some kids were slaying. PB cups hit the hardest but the hershey’s almond and milk choc made kids get all excited and happy. I even heard a thanks. I am satisfied. 40 more minutes to get something.
8:40 just want to make it clear children ar our future. FSM save us all 
8:30 two tiny kids get to choose from the tray of goodies. Power ranger is uber stoked by the 3 cup PB cups. Fuggles wormed her way out of her shirt only to have it put back on, The neck is stretched beyond belief.
8:12 just got slaughtered by 3 groups of kids. Runza football guy ( I head butted his shoulder pad which caused him to recoil. Prediction: Runza team looses this year), couple witches. The three piece reeses cups were the fave. Snickers almost gone.
Keep getting the “can I have two” bullshit. As a kid I never asked for two, but now it seems the norm. It is not about what you can get from one place, but how many places you hit.
Kids these days.
7:40 a couple more kids and the neighbor girl. She got 3 cuz she rules.
Getting a bit worried that I will be sitting on pounds of candy.
7:20 4 youngins. A jason, swamp thing, princess, and devil chick. Two of them grabbed take 5′s strange cuz I thought those would not do well. A PB cup and snickers.
Fuggles is now in a costume and really pissed about it.
6:50 my first victims. Two older girls, prob 15ish and their father. One a cat other something. I have placed the candy in a big ol pan so no digging. Grab one and move along.
Of course the dogs are freaking out and the father wants to talk dog with me. He likes mutts, loves that I have mutts. Mentions that his dog did not like blacks or mexicans. Guess what buddy I am mexican, fucktard. My whole fricking neighborhood is hispanic. Good luck there #3 hat wearing guy.
I prefer the bench top grinder with a buffing wheel, but this looks like it works really good.

Man two days of tons and tons of food here at work. I brought in some reeses and a kiddie mix which I just threw on the pile. No lunch for me, just gonna graze.
This Monkey has been riding dogs for 16 years.
I cannot seem to find the vid, so I captured the part. My fave part is the very first time you see Whiplash on the dog. The dog looks so fricking happy that he is smiling. So cute.
Oh the chatter around the internets is all “when is the next BorK meet and greet?” It is getting old, let me tell ya Really though maybe we should meet up again sometime. Ghogan and I chatted about it a bit and came up with a few ideas.
If interested vote and feel free to offer other ideas. Maybe a weekend, or lunch somewhere, involve an outing. Who knows. Just putting it out there for ya.

If you care here is how stuff is laid out.
left top, cast iron skillet:
Left side cooked potato
right side raw potato
right bottom,non stick pan:
Left side cooked potato

veg oil and a bit of butter in each pan
I cooked the tater in the microwave for 4 mins. It was pretty much baked. Easy to shred, but came out a bit smooshed
The pan really did not matter. The cast iron cooked the taters much faster and resulted in a crispier texture. I used a bit too much oil, but if I made a whole batch of hash browns it would of been about right.
so besides the pan they were cooked in, the raw potatoes were the favorite of both of us.
So we headed out to the Jamaica North trail head at 15th and Satillo with the puppies for walkies. I was being all cool getting them fancy pics like them fancy picture folks do. Then I noticed the card was not in the camera 
Speaking of the Jamaica 4th street is now paved and the up ramps for the Jamaica are poured. They are pretty and wide. They have two of them rubber rectangles of bumpy rubber on the incline part, they are that wide. The heavy equipment is still working on the landscaping of what they tore out from the street laying, but I figure the trail should be poured soon.

We gonna have breftest for dinner tonight. I have some killer apple wood smoked bacon that is calling my name. Gonna make some hashbrowns, toast, and do it up right. Theresa makes this strange sausage and onion omelet so she be happy.
