heck yeah i prefer chicken (cream)gravy if i have a choice but any gravy will do. It is the salsa americana u know.

heck yeah that is gravy from broth / scratch. I have perfected it. Consistant every time. Actually in a few minutes I will be making chicken gravy. We roasted a chicken.

speaking of ice cream. im going to try and prrrfect my espresso gelato today. im letting my last attempt unthaw in the fridge, and then im going to just mix it with some brewed espresso; making some tasty (and awfully fattening) drinks. YUM-O!
