3 months of scraps makes tasty dog cookies
It was hard to hold lunch in while working with this stuff. Well Theresa did most of the mixing. Cooked and raw chicken and beef trimmings that had been in the freezer for a while, some different flours. I helped roll it into logs and smoosh the goo into little cookies. Although I did not try one, they came out pretty good.

Naw that just the pork loin in the pic. I walked out with over $35 worth of assorted smoked meat products.
