we are so gonna make sammies again

On the left is mine. We used some buttermilk bread which I toasted on the grill (T used a toaster for hers). Provolone, pruchutto, pepper bacon, tomato, munster, and some lettuce. On the right is a classic BLT for T. The cheesy kettle chips were pretty good. And T enjoyed her cane sugar grape soda. Ideal fricking rules. Now to think about other awesome sammies I can make, while T waits for another awesome BLT.

  1. You fired up a grill just to toast the bread?

  4. Looks mighty tasty! You are the only member of the human race I know who would fire up the grill JUST to toast some bread. Kudos!

  5. Manhattan deli, or the chain quiznos.

I actually cook the sammies on the grill, not just the bread.

Today I did some pastrami, provolone, and munster. Was awesome.

Going home for lunch has its benefits.

  6. Lucky you! When you mean grill do you mean one of those foreman grills or a “real” one?

  7. Propane, it be real grillin.
I made different sammies all week for lunch. The pastrami one was the best. Used a skillet to get the pastrami cooked good before I assembled.
I had some issues with the margarine making the bread stick to the grill. Gonna prob pam the grate next time. Don’t think I need any margarine when grilling.

  • Meh.....

A person with ubuntu is open and available to others, affirming of others, does not feel threatened that others are able and good, for he or she has a proper self-assurance that comes from knowing that he or she belongs in a greater whole and is diminished when others are humiliated or diminished, when others are tortured or oppressed.
