Me and one of the girls at work have been following the Ricky Turco saga for a couple months now. If it weren’t for the tragic fact that that poor girl died, following this guy would be the funniest thing ever. He would make for a great sitcom, where he doesn’t show up for court, drives without his license, and then punches a guy, and everybody says, “Oh Ricky!” every week. How he is not somehow considered legally retarded is beyond me.

I am not a huge fan of locking peeps up. But this guy better be unable to get out on bail after this. 15K worth of damage. I bet you anything he will spend less time behind bars than a non violent drug offender.

oh man that would be quite an interesting outcome.
one has to wonder why he did this. Is he trying to prove that he is unfit for trial? Is he trying to go out in a blaze of glory? And why is he hanging out with kids younger than him?
I hope he is still sitting in a cell right now. Strange they will not let folks comment on the LJS page.

This is what Turco told a journalstar reporter about not having a drivers license.
Turco said he’s tried to get his permit to drive several times, but he can’t pass the test. “It asks all kinds of questions that have nothing to do with driving,” he said.
Here is another one..
“You can ask the people that drive with me,” he said. “I’m a really good driver.”

His lawyer has all the ammunition he needs to establish his client is mentally incompetent. I still think they should throw the book at him. He’s a habitual criminal.

I’d love to see the bottomline, thus far, on Turco’s “tax dollar” antics. $15,000 in school damage makes me sick to my stomach. I agree, lock this menace up, and throw away the key.

They set his bond at $500,000.00
I guess he does not have to remember to go to the court dates.
I hate to be jumping on the bandwagon on this. But he clearly has issues and is not a productive member of society.

$500,000 bond!!!!!! Someone has to be INCREDIBLY STUPID to post the needed $50,000 to get him out. It is quite a shock that LJS isn’t allowing comments on the story. He needs to be locked up until the trial(s) on ALL of his current charges. Maybe he won’t be so apt to whine about shit when he’s a “guest” of the county for six to ten months while awaiting sentencing. I know a number of people that did a LOT less than he did and spent quite a while in jail and he’s been out roaming the streets???? And a message to his “wife” You’re much better off dumping this piece of trash and moving on with YOUR life while you still have a chance. Before he totally screws THAT up for you too!!!!!

I think the LJS anticipated the loads of comments they would get on this one, so they shut it down.
I still can’t understand where he got the money from to be out on bail in the first place.
This guy seems to have it in for the society he lives in. I’m guessing his friends are all younger than him b/c he would have much more sway over them than someone his own age. What a ‘tard!
