Out of curiosity, what kind of video card do you need for this Beryl stuff? I know I will eventually put Linux on my laptop for good, it’s just a matter of time.

ATI / Nvidia, and kinda an embedded intel. They do not have to be too fancy, but need 3D. I have a weak ass ATI in my laptop and it does not work. But my friend runs it on a 3 year old cheapo nvidia pretty well.

I’ll have to check what the ole iBook has, I think it’s an ATI but I’m not sure. All I know is that it’s a 32Mb chip.
