Currently distelleries are allowed by law, but the producer has to buy an expensive distributors license to get their product to the public.
The new bill seeks to make it legal for microdistilleries to sell and serve spirits in house. If it passes, Upstream plans to start producing specialty distilled spirits.

Over 600 bills introduced and I barely have a clue what 1% of them are. I just get to sit back and enjoy while they come up for debate.

You must not be on the Lagers’ mailing list anymore. Dave O has been campaining the group to write their senators in favor of the bill.

I have tried to get them to send to my new email address a few times. I hardly check my one they have. Will make an effort to get on the good one.
