Fuggles does about a mile or more a day. Gotta burn that puppy energy. usually in two different sessions. She loves it. We work on leave it, watch me, and keeping her attention, but this is cool.

I try to do 30 mintues with our dog every morning and my wife usually does 30 minutes in the afternoon. However this morning it was 5 degrees outside, so I nixed that idea. Walking, peanut butter, and ice cubes are her favorite things.

ice cubes are so awesome cuz they are free and last a while.
PB is awesome as well. We get bulk PB, microwave it a bit, pour it into ziplock bags, snip the end, and squirt it into kongs to keep them busy for a while. Works great.
Dave just aint what he used to be.
