You want the best meat? Well this is where you go. When we want to do some good grillin, we get the beef from here. Been around for quite a long time. Located on 27th street just south of Randolph street.
There are so many things to love about this place.
- huge selection for a medium sized store. special items you do not find at the big guys
- real local almost old timey butchers. you tell them what you want or pick out your meat. Need a special cut, no prob.
- well staffed. You will never be in a huge line. They even have guys who weigh, price, and bag your fruit and veggis.
- They pay a good wage, so rare in this industry.
- you can order online, by phone, and have it delivered.
I’ve always liked that place. The management there has done a good job of keeping up with the big boys in this day and age. Hurray Ideal!
